Being iced in has its advantages indeed

Today is a new day

and I'll treat it like my last! I plan to stay out of the heat and temps well over 100*. I plan to prop my feet up and breathe in and out! I plan to blog because it makes me happy. I plan to watch a movie just because I feel like it. I plan to move forward and not backwards. I plan to love on my awesome family and accept the fact that God has a plan! I plan to be in awe of what is laid in front of me!

Only he...

can keep me up until Midnight since he forgot to give me a project over the weekend! Don't worry, it's not the first night this has happened. Procrastination at it's finest! But I love him and he's worth it!

Just because...

I know I have been MIA on and off but school has been really busy and hectic these days. I have been taking the weekends to relax and rest up for the next week ahead.

For the love of snow & trees

Most of these pictures were taken from my apartment landing which is covered. I ventured out to get the tree shots. These were taken on Thursday morning. Not all the snow had fallen. I LOVE photographing nature by itself. Hope this tides you over for pictures. It was SO time :)

I told my hairdresser that I wanted around 5-6 inches cut and then I pointed to where I wanted it cut to. Well my wants & points were a little off and she ended up taking eight inches off! I even told her it was okay! :o WoW is right!

My hair, before today, was about an inch above my belly button, all brushed out, and now, all brushed out, is right below my underarm without split ends, which was the whole goal in this process. It make take me a few days to take in my spontaneous move...but I like it :)
