Tuesday Tribute for teachers

Wayne got me started on this Tuesday Tribute about a month ago and I won't look back. So many have touched my life and I am very thankful. There are so many people who make my life worth living and I promise to honor each one of you :) This week's tribute goes to:

TEACHERS

Some of you are teachers of Kindergartners or below and some may say that you have talent, I say you're a saint in my book. If you are in elementary school, you rock. Middle school...have fun and high school, you are just brave. Plus, if you teach special ed, you have a gift.

THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for ALL that you do in those eight hours during each day, five days a week. You don't get paid enough...by the way. I do realize that it is not about the money since I am studying to be a Special Ed teacher and have been told as well, but there is something just special about teachers.

If you don't teach school, but teach in another way, like with kids. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! In my book, everyone can teach something and any teacher is SPECIAL. Anyone who cares to teach children about the world is SPECIAL. You are all heroes in my book too.

Thanks again for all that you do

I totally agree with the Special Ed teachers. There's gotta be a little room in heaven for those folks because that is a tough job.

Enjoyed reading this...made me blush.

This is so cool! Our pastor just spoke about teachers and the way they affect their students with love.

Great tribute post.

How sweet...I should make my hubby read this. He never feels appreciated as a H.S. teacher.

Being a teacher's daughter, as well as an aspiring teacher myself, I completely agree with you! Teachers are some of the most influential people in society, and yet they are so often unappreciated.

Teachers are responsible for so many things wthout relising it, they shape the ideas of children who one day may even be president. teaching is a great thing to do and I have the highest respect for anyone who may or has teached in there life, and I wish you the very best of luck in your quest to become a spectial ed teacher.

Thanks for the great post and you're welcome! If I have to work, the classroom is the only place I want to be! There are days that I want to pull my hair out but the rest make up for it and then there is always summer! Thanks again for your kind words!

I have many teacher friends and in my family, and I know they would love to know they are appreciated. Especially by people outside from their friends and family. Great post!
