Stream of Consciousness-waiting is hard

I've been told I am a patient person. That's great on the outside. But on the inside, I am worried. Worried that I won't get the job I'd like, worried I won't use my teaching degree; just worried. I am a worrier and a planner. These things don't always go together.

I know, by the end of the summer, that I will have some sort of job but I can't help but worry. I'm praying, asking for guidance, and hoping a position will open up for me. I am a bit jealous, truth be told, when my friends say they "love" their job. I went to school for four years, took 19 hours for four semesters, and graduated "on time" in four years. I want to teach!!

Waiting is just hard work! Pure, plain, and simple.

Waiting, update, & a prayer request

I am sooo sorry it has been so long since I have last updated. Between 19 hours, projects, and finals this week, I have really not had time. BUT finals just finished today and I have a little time to blog now. Sure I am taking a Maymester class starting next Tuesday-but hey, it ain't 19 hours! I am officially DONE with taking so many hours!!!!

Now the waiting game continues as I wait for my final grades. I am usually a patient person but when something like this comes along, I am just ready for the results asap. It's like waiting for your favorite cake to come out of the oven :)

I have missed my blogging time and the sweet comments that I got so I am so glad summer is here, for me anyways!

Prayer request: Cochran Quads-Two of the Cochran quads are in the hospital with Rotovirus and two of the other little ones have it at home too. Never a dull moment for Sandra's kids. Keep them in your prayers please! They need them now!

A Waiting Game...

So I took both of my finals this morning and for the most part they went well. I rocked with the American Literature test but as far as the American Government test is concerned, it is a waiting game now. I have to get at least a "78" to get a "C" and never have to take this course again.

Now I am praying for a "C" so that I can not take this course again. The good thing about this grade is the fact that it DOES NOT affect my GPA at HSU. The hours just, and I mean just, transfer. So now it is a waiting game.

As for the migraine, it is now just a headache that is still constant.
