I should not complain about a luxury in life but I do. My family has AT&T Universe and we have multiple televisions and computers. Yesterday, a service man came out and "fixed" my tv and internet service. Tonight I get on the computer and subsequently television and neither is working. Ugh!
So I call AT&T, spend 45minutes on the phone with them, and wal-ah---it works! They had an "outage several blocks" from me and reset the signal. Now I am holding my breath! Granted they did fix my service but tomorrow night will be the true test. ;) Before yesterday, my internet had been sketchy and my television was off for 3 weeks.
Granted this is a luxury in life but I have become used to this luxury working!
