What's for dinner? is a common question that pops into my mind on a nightly basis. SO while I was at the market last night, I came up with a few meals that are easy and quick. I am not assigning them to days because I could very well be in the mood for something else any day of the week.
Here are my dinner options this week...
Breakfast for dinner-pancakes (Monday)
Subway salad (Tuesday)*
Black Beans and rice
Penne pasta with broccoli rabe
* I will have Subway each Tuesday due to time restraints and classes only being 45 minutes apart from eachother.
