The Shred...day 24 & Contest closed

Um...I am in pain, but as my father says "No pain, no gain," so I guess I will have to suck it up and just keep going. Level three is intense when you do squats, punches, and jumping jacks with weights in your hands. Miss peppy is kickin my tush!

PS-Have any of you noticed my time stamped, tweets, or links turning a grayish-purplish color after you click on them and come back? I see it and wonder if everyone else can too?? Being a perfectionist over here...it is driving me NUTS and the fact that I changed nothing is making me nuts as well.
