I just completed day FOUR of The Shred. I woke up this morning and the pain in my hamstrings was not near as bad as the pain in my lower legs. What's up with that? I have no idea!!! I am still having trouble transitioning from one thing to the next and have to catch my breath, but today was not as bad as the days before it! So I will keep on goin' :)
