A debut during Grey's

So if you remember a few posts back, I had a little critter crawl across the floor very early one morning. Well last night it happened again, but this time, I was on the floor making a volcano for my science project and watching Grey's Anatomy. Well this thing comes out from underneath my tv stand and runs toward my linen/hall closet. I jumped up real quick and got on the couch with the cell phone in hand.

First I freaked and called my parents...who were at dinner. My sister could not stop laughing, my mom and dad were much more help though. Dad tells me to go get traps. I did but there were so many to choose so I am going back to the store today to get more. I seriously talked to my mom and dad five times last night. The little bugger caused me to be awake till 2AM this morning.

The interesting thing is that the apartment service and sprayed for critters yesterday. They also left me these sticky mouse traps that do stick quite well to things. I have a few around the apartment and will be getting more traps later day. The second interesting thing is that another renter and I have class together and she has seen a whole where they can get in. I am on a mission to find this whole when I am done with work tonight. Then I will call the apartment people.

The joys of living in an apartment. So I hope you are not laughing your heads off. Now I find it a tad humorous, but last night was a different story. Hope you all had a less eventful night/morning.

Totally understand ... the pitter patter of little mice feet keep me awake all night once I hear it.

Ask Nikki about the last time we had one in the house... we still get laughed at but the hotel was absolutely worth it!!

There is never anything funny about a rat taking up residence in your abode.

Afew years ago I moved into a brand new apartment complex. The apartment was beautiful and no one had ever lived in it.

The first night I moved in I woke up to hear my roomates cat attacking something in my room. Oh yeah. You guessed it. It was a baby mouse!! Which could only mean there was a mommy and her 12 other mice children somewhere. GAH!I didn't sleep for weeks!
