New Find: Amore di Mona chocolate

Anything chocolate peaks my interest. So, when I was browsing an online supplier for specialty foods, Caramela with Crunchy Coffee Beans peaked my interest. On a whim, I ordered a bar from Peanut Free Planet.

I am so glad I did! The texture is like a chewie chocolate bar but with a rich taste like a gourmet chocolate bar would be. The coffee taste was very present but it was a good texture and taste.

What's amazing about this company?

The side of the box says it all. What's not on the box is even more impressive. This company is vegan, gluten free, low-glycemic friendly, raw, organic, and non-GMO certified.

The best part about all this is that the chocolate is top-8 allergy friendly and is making an effort to accommodate those with food allergies.

The box contained three squares of chocolate caramel (like) goodness. I shared it with my family who, for the most part, liked it too.

Amore di Mona Carmela with Crunchy Chocolate Beans rocked my world! I'd like to try their other chocolates soon.

Where to buy?
Whole Foods (in store)
Amazon

I give Amore di Mona two thumbs way up.

SkinnyPop Popcorn

I LOVE popcorn. I am not gonna lie.

The crunch in your mouth, the salty taste, and oh so good taste explosion in your mouth. I found a popcorn, yesterday, that fit the above description and only has, 39 yes, 39 calories and four carbs per serving. It's named SkinnyPop popcorn. It's also only ONE point on weight watchers per serving. One serving is one cup. Not only is this "skinny" popcorn true to its label; it also tastes soooo good!

BUT the best part of this product is the upfrontness of its customer service and label. On the backside, it states: No preservatives, low calorie, cholesterol free, dairy free, peanut free, tree nut free, gluten free, preservative free, non-GMO, and a great source of fiber.

Ingredients: corn, sunflower oil, salt.

I was just amazed that they put what it's free of. After contacting them, I was told they are free of soy too. This company only makes popcorn and so there is not a worry if this product is on a dedicated line or not.

A new food find, for me, is always exciting!! Just had to share.

Yoplait Smoothies

Need a quick breakfast idea or delicious and yummy snack? Well look no further. Yoplait has made it easy to get in one serving of fruit per serving through a fantastic smoothie. The smoothie comes in three flavors: triple berry (my favorite), strawberry banana pineapple, and strawberry banana. These yummy mixes can be found in your grocer's freezer.

The package makes about 2 (good size-12 to 16 oz) servings. All you need is a blender, smoothie packet, and milk. The package says to add 1cup milk but unless you want to drink a super THICK smoothie, I would recommend adding 1.25 or 1.5cups milk. Blend and enjoy. The excess can go directly into the refrigerator or can be popped into the freezer for a delightful treat :)

I give the triple berry smoothie 5 out of 5 stars. It is that good!

This review was not compensated and done out of the goodness to share this product with you.
