In a funk

Christmas is 6 days away.

I still have shopping to do.

I've been sick (again).

The weather is doing something funky.

I have a list as long as my arm to do.

My Christmas cards are done.

I had a huge plan to get things done early.

It did not happen.

I need more hours in the day.

Christmas is just 6 days away.

2 weeks from today

I'll be on Christmas break & worry free! Today & until then, I've got home, projects, tests, and finals!! It all boils down to these 2 weeks!

55 days until CHRISTMAS!!!

Baby it's COLD outside

Baby...it's COLD outside! You see here in West TX...we don't get snow much, maybe a little in February...but never in December. It has snowed once already this week and it is expected to snow again tonight and tomorrow.

THIS winter girl is in HEAVEN!!! I, if you don't know, LOVE the cold!!! The weather has been in the 20s and 30s all week and it's not even Christmas yet...one of my COLD Christmas presents came early this year and I am on cloud nine!

A reminder...in a good way

Lately...I have had a few reminders from fellow bloggers that Thanksgiving break is near and I will survive! So yes...the countdown to Thanksgiving break has begun and I am more than THRILLED...I can almost taste it :o Sure the next two and a half weeks will be TOUGH and full of projects & tests! BUT the light of Thanksgiving is among us all. I have Wednesday-Sunday off that week and I am thrilled and VERY excited!!! Sure there will probably be things I have to work on over the break...but it is a break and I will take what I can get :)

SOOO...the countdown has begun.
