How do I feel? FANTASTIC!!
How much weight did I loose? 10 lbs
I gained muscle all throughout my legs, arms, back, and stomach.
I know have toned legs and arms :o
Someone asked me if I would recommend this DVD and my answer is YES!!! Sure the instructor can be a little annoying at times, but I did my best each day and that is it :)
I will be starting round two of the Shred soon. Yes I will let you know when I start again :)
