Someone asked me if I was sore or started to get sore when I restarted The Shred. In short, yes I did. Not near as sore as when I first started back in July, but I was still a tad sore. Since I have been pushing myself daily...I think I have the right. Oh and if you can workout and not get your hair messed up or sweat buckets (sorry if TMI), please let me know your secret!
