Wordful Wednesday

Angie...the mind behind WW is an amazing woman. Check out her site and see for yourself. This nice post allows me to post more than a picture since I can't keep my mouth shut :)

Tuesday night, my sister had her last holiday band concert ever :( If you don't know, she is a senior and will be off to college next year. I have been the biggest wimp with her graduating this coming year and I get teary eyed with her senior pictures. Pathetic, I know :) PANTHERS is the school mascot and since the marching season is over...I thought it would be appropriate to post a "back then" picture. C played her heart out on and off the fields with the band. I am very proud of her too. Shockingly enough, we have been getting along for the most part too since I have been home. Fingers crossed :)

Happy Wednesday!!!!

My favorite thing about a high school football game is the band. What a wonderful atmosphere!
So glad that you and your sister are getting along well. :)

Hey I just found your blog through my Sweetheart's blog. I can definitely relate to this picture! I was in marching band for 4 years, and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Thanks for sharing.

Great post and picture! I love marching bands. How sweet of you to get all sentimental about your sister! My sis and I fought like cats and dogs growing up, but the older we got, the better we got along. She lives about 6 hours away, so I don't get to see her very often these days. :-/

If your sister allows, you'll have to post a pic of her! I'm betting she's as pretty as you are.

Blessings...
